Refund policy
30-Day Returns
You can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition and include all packaging and materials. Damaged returns or items missing original packaging may incur a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund. Proof of purchase, including your order number, full name, and email, is required to process any return.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your product and hope you receive it in perfect condition. Occasionally, a product that is faulty or in a damaged condition gets delivered. If this happens, please email us at roro@rorocare.com with your order details, photos (if possible), and a full description of the issue. We are committed to replacing or refunding any product that is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
For non-faulty returns – including when the incorrect product has been chosen – please note that:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
- Refunds will be processed at the purchaser’s expense. In addition, the refund amount will be reduced by an initial post-out fee of £5.99.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 2–3 weeks from the return ship date for your refund to be processed, with 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is faulty or in a damaged condition:
- Contact us promptly at iroro@rorocare.com within 14 days of receipt.
- Provide your order details and supporting photos.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund if the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged.
For battery-operated products, please test your item with brand-new batteries (not batteries from other devices) before returning. If the item is found to have issues solely due to battery problems, a return postage fee will apply for sending the item back to you.
Exchanges
If you have selected the wrong product, we are happy to offer an exchange provided the item is returned unused and in its original, unopened packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please note that SALE items are not included in this policy.
How to Process a Return
- Contact Us: Email roro@rorocare.com with your order number, full name, and reason for return (including photos if applicable).
- Pack Your Return: Ensure the item(s) are securely packed with all original packaging and materials.
- Ship Your Package: Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (except for faulty/damaged products).
